Hi, I’m Helen.
I run an e-commerce business and do freelance work training AI models, on top of spending a lot of time figuring out SEO, Shopify, and AI tools so I don’t have to guess.
I didn’t start out doing any of this the smart way. When I first got into selling online, I skipped SEO entirely. It seemed too technical, and I thought I could just put products up, promote them, and get sales. That didn’t work. I learned the hard way, and I’ve spent time since then figuring out what actually works.
That’s the whole point of this site. Most SEO and e-commerce advice out there assumes you already know what you’re doing, or it’s written to sound smart instead of being useful. I write for people who are just starting and need things explained plainly, without jargon that makes them wanna give up.
If you’re new to selling online, or you’ve been putting off learning SEO because it seems too complicated, you’re in the right place. I skip the fluff and give you real answers.

Your Guide to E-Commerce Success
Straight answers on e-commerce, SEO, and AI tools, no jargon, no fluff, just what actually works.
What is e-commerce?
Buying and selling stuff online instead of in a physical store. That’s it. All the different terms you’ll see (B2B, B2C, etc.) just describe who’s buying from who, they don’t change how it actually works for you.
How can I start selling online effectively?
Pick something you want to sell, set up a store on a platform like Shopify, and get it in front of people, mostly through SEO and social media. Don’t overthink it before you’ve even launched. You’ll learn more from having a live store than from planning the perfect one.
What are the best platforms for beginners?
Shopify is the easiest starting point for most beginners. It handles a lot of the technical stuff for you. WooCommerce gives you more control but requires more setup. Etsy works if you’re selling handmade or niche products and want built-in traffic instead of building your own audience from scratch.
How important is SEO for my online store?
More than most beginners realize. I skipped it starting out and figured I’d just promote products and get sales. That doesn’t hold up long-term. SEO is what brings people to your store without you having to constantly pay for ads or chase social media algorithms.
What tools can help me with e-commerce?
Depends on what you need. Inventory tools help once you’ve got enough products that tracking stock by hand gets messy. Email marketing tools help you sell to people who already know you. Analytics tools tell you what’s actually working so you’re not guessing. You don’t need all of them on day one, add them as you actually hit the problem they solve.
